Besides their expansive retail business, Jorgenson Meats also handles custom, resale, and wild game processing.


Custom and Resale

Whether you bring in your own animal(custom) or wish to purchase one of our inspected carcasses(resale), Jorgenson Meats can take care of it all the way from the hoof to the freezer!







After beef are slaughtered, they enter
our aging cooler where they are kept
two to three weeks; this aging process
works to tenderize the cuts of meat
you will soon be enjoying. 







When ready, they are taken to the
processing area where they are cut
just the way you specify.  You will
be able to make choices such as
how thick your steak is cut and how
many are wrapped in a package,
how big your roasts are, and what
size package your ground beef
comes in.

                             If you are having pork processed,
                             you can decide if you want ham
                             and bacon made, what form you
                             would like the sausage in, and
                             how thick your chops are cut.



After the meat is cut and wrapped, it is frozen, so when you take it home all you have to worry about is cooking and enjoying it!  

Resale beef may be purchased whole, half or by the quarter side.  Another great option is a beef bundle!Pork may be either whole or half.
  

Wild Game

If you are a hunter, or you have a hunter in your family, keep Jorgenson Meats in mind when it's time to turn your wild game into something delicious. 

We can take care of everything, from turkeys and geese to antelope, deer, and elk.  Basically, anything you can get a license to hunt, we should be able to take care of for you!

And remember:  the better you take care of your game, the better end-product we are able to give you.
Once you shoot it, promptly gut it, then cool it or get it to our meat locker.  If you skin it and/or bone it out yourself, be sure to keep it free of hair, dirt, etc.  And, please, if you bone out your own meat, COOL IT WELL before putting it in a cooler!  Warm meat in a closed cooler does not bode well!!!

Some hunters enjoy fresh cuts--roast, chops, steaks, ground meat--while others prefer our delectable jerky, sticks or smoked sausage. 

We offer several flavors of wild game jerky, such as Pepper, Teriyaki, BBQ, and Bacon Flavored.

Our snack sticks include Pepper, Teriyaki, Tangy, Texas Hot Rods, Beer, Habanero, BBQ, Pizza, Bacon/Cheddar, Tangy/Cheese, Pepper/Jalapeno, Pepperoni/Mozzarella.

If smoked sausage is what you like, you can have your pick from tasty items such as Ring Bologna, Country Style, Salami, Smoked Brats, Polish, Summer Sausage, Cajun, Franks, Cheddarwurst, German, Beerwurst, Chorizzo.  A number of these can also be made with cheese added.

We also offer Dried Deer, Breakfast Sausage or Links, and Italian Fresh Brats.

We take in a large amount of wild game to process every year, so it does take a bit of time to get your finished product back.  Be patient and we think you will be happy with what we do.  Or, if patience isn't your strong point, you can go with our Express Fee!  For an extra fee, your wild game order will be pushed to the front of the line, behind only the Express Orders that came in ahead of you.

DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED WHEN YOUR WILD GAME IS DROPPED Off!
