Beef Processing Services
After beef are slaughtered, they enter our aging cooler where they are kept two to three weeks; this aging process works to tenderize the cuts of meat you will soon be enjoying.
When ready, they are taken to the processing area where they are cut just the way you specify. You will be able to make choices such as how thick your steak is cut and how many are wrapped in a package, how big your roasts are, and what size package your ground beef comes in.
Resale beef may be purchased whole, half or by the quarter side. Another great option is a beef bundle!
